Calming strategies for mental wellness and fitness
Join our Affirmation Building, Processing and Meditation session at this year's Catersource + The Special Event.
The session is interactive and hands-on. We will learn breathing techniques and process triggers. The Lounge will present the same as last year with comfortable pillows, yoga mats, couch, dim lighting and peaceful sounds. An Event Therapist will be available in the lounge for one-on-one talks and provide an opportunity for participants to relax.
