Digital Cover Feature Submission Requirements
To create a polished and professional digital cover feature, each selected participant must provide the following information and materials:
Professional Biography
Submit a current professional biography written in the third person. Your bio should be no more than 150 words and should include your professional background, areas of expertise, notable accomplishments, and the work you currently do.
High-Resolution Professional Photos
Submit two to three high-quality, professionally photographed images. At least one image should be a vertical portrait with clear lighting and minimal background distractions.
Images must:

Event Therapy Magazine reserves the right to decline any image that does not meet the required quality or publication standards.
Feature Questionnaire
Complete all questions included in the digital cover questionnaire. Each response must be no more than 150 words.
Responses should be thoughtful, clear, and written in complete sentences. Event Therapy Magazine may edit responses for grammar, clarity, formatting, and space while preserving the contributor’s original message and voice.

Brand Materials
When applicable, submit your professional logo in a high-resolution PNG format with a transparent background. You may also provide your brand colors, website link, and any approved promotional language that should be considered during the design process.
Submission Deadline
All materials must be submitted by the stated deadline. The design and production process will not begin until all required content, images, and payment have been received.
Late or incomplete submissions may delay the publication date or require the feature to be moved to a future release.
Review and Approval
The participant will receive one digital proof for review. Proofreading should focus on factual errors, spelling, and approved content.
The offer includes one round of reasonable revisions. Additional revisions, replacement photos, or major content changes may require an additional fee.

Editorial and Usage Agreement
By submitting materials, the participant confirms that all information is accurate and that they have the legal right to provide and publish the submitted images, logos, and content.
The participant grants Event Therapy Magazine permission to edit, design, publish, distribute, and promote the submitted materials across its website, digital magazine, email communications, and social media platforms.
Submission does not guarantee publication until all requirements, approvals, and payments have been completed.
